Righetti P5A625K-X is a pneumatic vacuum lifter developed for handling large kitchen countertops and stone slabs in natural stone, ceramics, and other non-porous materials. The vacuum lifter is used together with crane, forklift, or other suitable lifting equipment and is designed for both horizontal and vertical handling.
The model is equipped with five suction plates and has a maximum lifting capacity of up to 625 kg. Pneumatic tilt from 0–90° provides a controlled and safe transition between horizontal and vertical positions, and contributes to precise placement during handling and installation of large and heavy items.
What distinguishes the P5A625K-X from P5A550K is the flexible frame construction. The X-model can be configured both in linear and cross setup, which provides better support and stability when handling extra-large or wide stone slabs. This makes the P5A625K-X a natural choice when the standard linear configuration does not provide sufficient load capacity or stability.
The P5A625K-X is delivered as standard with integrated safety features, including vacuum gauge, check valves, as well as acoustic and visual alarm at low vacuum. The placement of the suction plates ensures even load distribution and safe handling of large and elongated stone slabs.
Depending on the application and needs, the vacuum lifter can be customized with various configurations and options.
