P5A550K is part of the Righetti P5A-K series – a pneumatic vacuum lifter with 5 suction plates and 0–90° tilt for safe handling of kitchen countertop slabs and other elongated stone slabs in non-porous materials.
Righetti P5A550K is a pneumatic vacuum lifter developed for handling kitchen countertop slabs and other long slabs in natural stone, ceramics, and similar non-porous materials. The vacuum lifter is used as a lifting cradle together with a crane, forklift, or other suitable lifting equipment and is designed for both horizontal and vertical handling.
The model is equipped with five suction plates and has a maximum lifting capacity of up to 550 kg. Pneumatic tilt from 0–90° provides a controlled transition between horizontal and vertical positions and contributes to precise placement during handling and assembly.
The P5A550K is delivered as standard with integrated safety features, including a vacuum gauge, check valves, as well as acoustic and visual alarm at low vacuum. The lifting cradle has a length of approximately 2,200 mm, and the placement of the suction plates ensures even load distribution when lifting narrow and elongated items.
If there is a need for a vacuum lifter with a similar construction but lower lifting capacity, the P5A-K series also includes models with reduced capacity, including P5A450K.
Depending on the application and needs, the vacuum lifter can be configured with various options, including alternative suction plates and seals, as well as solutions with rotatable or quickly adjustable suction plates.
