Biesse Intermac Cut Up J is an advanced waterjet machine developed for precise and flexible processing of glass. The machine is designed for applications that require high accuracy, stable operation, and the ability to produce complex shapes, hole drilling, and beveled cuts.
With a 5-axis cutting head and continuously rotating C-axis, Cut Up J can perform demanding glass processing in one and the same operation. This provides high repeatable quality and reduces the need for post-processing. The machine is suitable for monolithic, laminated, and special glass.
Intermac Cut Up J is available in several sizes and configurations, with the possibility of one or multiple independent cutting heads, pendulum operation, and various loading solutions. The solution is well-suited for workshops and industrial companies that want a reliable waterjet solution with high flexibility and efficient production flow.
