LiSEC is an internationally recognized manufacturer of machines, systems, and complete line solutions for processing flat glass. The company was founded in Austria in 1961 by Peter LiSEC, who grew up in a glassmaker family and early saw the need for more efficient and customized machines for their own production.

Already in the 1960s, LiSEC developed its first own solutions, including dry matter fillers and butyl extruders. In 1974, the machines were presented internationally at the Glasstec fair in Düsseldorf. The same year, contact was established between LiSEC and Per Mordt – a cooperation that has lasted for several decades. In 1978, the world's first vertical insulating glass line was delivered to Glerborg in Iceland, and in 1996, Per Mordt delivered the first solution in the world for fully automatic breaking and sorting of glass.

Today, LiSEC is known for its comprehensive approach to glass processing, where machine technology, automation, and software are closely integrated into well-thought-out system solutions. The range covers the entire production process – from glass cutting and edge processing to advanced processing in complete, automated glass processing lines.

LiSEC has a continuous focus on innovation, precision, and operational reliability, and develops solutions that provide stable processes, high quality, and efficient production flow. The systems are scalable and can be expanded in line with changing needs. Per Mordt represents LiSEC in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Iceland.
