Our recruitment process

We place great emphasis on a professional and tidy recruitment process, where you as a candidate experience clear communication and quick feedback. The process is usually divided into three phases:

1. Submission of application
When we receive your application, we send a confirmation by email. All applications are thoroughly evaluated, and we select the candidates who best match the position and our needs.

2. Interviews and assessment
Selected candidates are invited for an initial interview with the immediate manager – and in some cases a potential colleague.

If we both wish to proceed after the first interview, the next step may involve a digital personality test in collaboration with an external recruitment agency. We review the results together during the second interview. In some cases, a small case assignment may also be included.

3. Agreement and start-up
When we agree that it is a good match, we prepare and send the employment contract. Before your first working day, you will receive an introduction program so that you have a good overview of the start and the first days with us.
