Glue for stone – Tenax epoxy, vinylester, and special glue
Tenax glue for stone is developed for professional processing of natural stone, granite, marble, quartz, and ceramic materials. The range includes polyester mastics, epoxy glues, and vinylester glue systems suitable for both workshop production and assembly on construction sites. The products are used for gluing countertops, 45° joints, laminating, edge reinforcement, and repairing damages and cracks.
The glue systems are formulated with a focus on high adhesion, low yellowing, and stable performance over time – even when exposed to moisture, temperature changes, and UV light.
When producing countertops and interior in stone, requirements are set for both mechanical strength and visual finish. Tenax stone glue is available in various viscosities and curing types, so the right glue can be chosen based on material type, joint width, and working conditions. For visible gluing, extra clear and color-stable variants are supplied, while structural joints require epoxy-based systems with high mechanical strength and controlled curing time. Cartridge-based glues provide efficient and precise dosing during assembly and 45° gluing.
Epoxy-based glue systems are used when requirements for high mechanical strength and durable joints are set. Domo 10 A+B and Eliox A+B are developed for laminating, repairing, and structural gluing of natural stone and quartz. Epoxy glue provides stable curing time, strong adhesion, and good control during the production of countertops and heavier structures.
Vinylester glue is used for 45° gluing of countertops and visible joints where both strength and color stability are crucial. Products such as Titanium cartridge, Titanium Knifegrade, and Glaxs Ultrafast provide fast curing, high adhesion, and very good UV stability. This type of stone glue is particularly suitable for countertop joints in natural stone and quartz where the glue joint should be both strong and discreet.
For reinforcement of countertops and installation of sinks and undersinks, special products such as Polyfast Rodding, Resina RR, and Super Grip MS Polymer are used. These solutions provide flexible and strong joints, and are used both for rodding, gluing steel rods, and installation in production and assembly. This type of glue for stone is developed for demanding loads and professional use.
