Battery-powered vacuum lifter for outdoor use and paving work

Righetti S1-B is developed especially for work on construction sites and in outdoor environments, where mobility, low self-weight, and independent operation are crucial. The vacuum lifter is fully battery-powered and requires no external power or air connection, making it ideal for assembly, paving work, and handling stones in the field.

S1-B is designed for both horizontal and vertical lifting and has a tilt system from 0–90°. A central feature is replaceable suction plates, which can be easily swapped via quick couplings. This allows the lifter to be adapted to different materials, plate formats, and lifting capacities – even on rough, flame-treated, or textured surfaces.

The lifting capacity depends on the selected configuration and suction plate, with a capacity of up to 600 kg. S1-B can be used on materials such as marble, granite, concrete, and other non-porous stone materials, both with smooth and textured surfaces.

As standard, the S1-B is delivered with an integrated rechargeable battery with a battery status indicator and energy-saving function for reduced power consumption. The lifter is equipped with a complete vacuum system with vacuum reserve and check valves, as well as clear safety features. These include both visual and acoustic alerts at low vacuum levels, a vacuum gauge with a color scale, vacuum filter, and two-stage safety release. Operation of the suction and release is via a slide valve on the handle.

S1-B is typically used for outdoor installation, paving work, and handling stone slabs on construction sites, where flexibility, quick installation, and independent operation are essential.
