Vacuum lifter for kitchen countertop plates and stone plates with flexible construction

P5A-KR-PR from Righetti is developed for safe and efficient handling of kitchen countertop plates, stone plates, and smaller cutouts in non-porous materials. The vacuum lifter is designed for both horizontal and vertical lifting and is well suited for production and assembly where plate sizes vary.

The lifter is equipped with five rectangular suction plates mounted on a 2200 mm lifting beam with removable side arms. The side arms can be removed, so that the lifter can be used in a compact version with only the central suction plate. This provides great flexibility and makes it possible to handle both large countertops and smaller elements with the same lifter.

The suction plates can be moved along the beam, and the orientation of both the central and outer suction plates can be changed using a quick rotation system. P5A-KR-PR is equipped with pneumatic tilt 0–90°, controlled via a joystick on the handle, providing controlled and stable movement between vertical and horizontal positions.

The lifter is delivered in two versions with maximum lifting capacities of 450 kg and 550 kg, depending on the selected model. When only one central suction plate is used, the lifting capacity is reduced accordingly. The weight depends on the setup and starts from approximately 90 kg.

As standard, P5A-KR-PR is delivered with a complete vacuum system with vacuum reserve and non-return valves, a 2,200 mm lifting beam, safety on/off valve, visual and acoustic alerts for low vacuum level, as well as a vacuum gauge with color scale and vacuum filter. The release of the load is via a two-step safety command.

As an option, P5A-KR-PR can be delivered with white seals, holder for crane control, and a quick system for repositioning the suction plates.
