Vacuum lifter with one suction plate and pneumatic tilt

Righetti P1A is designed for professional handling of stone slabs where high lifting capacity and controlled rotation of the load are required. The vacuum lifter is equipped with one centrally located suction plate and is intended for both horizontal and vertical lifting in non-porous materials.

P1A is equipped with pneumatic assisted tilt from 0–90°, controlled via joystick on the lifter's handle. This provides precise and ergonomic rotation between vertical and horizontal positions, and reduces the load on the operator – especially when handling heavier slabs. The lifter is powered by compressed air and is suitable for workshop and production environments with fixed pneumatic connection.

The model is available in several sizes with a lifting capacity from 125 kg up to 1000 kg, depending on the chosen configuration and size of the suction plate. This makes P1A versatile for both smaller elements and larger kitchen countertops in natural stone and composite.

As standard, P1A is delivered with a complete vacuum system including vacuum reserve and check valves, double safety valve for on/off function, and manual operation on the lifter's frame. The lifter is also equipped with both visual and acoustic alerts for low vacuum level, vacuum gauge with color scale, and filter system for dust and condensation. Load release is via two-step safety command.

Optional accessories include white seals, parking stand with wheels, and holder for crane control, so that the lifter can be adapted to various working conditions and handling needs.
