Vacuum lifter for kitchen countertop panels with pneumatic, electric or battery operation

Righetti M5-K series is a series of vacuum lifters developed for handling kitchen countertop panels and other long stone panels in natural stone, ceramics, and similar non-porous materials. The vacuum lifters are used together with crane, forklift, or other suitable lifting equipment and are intended for both horizontal and vertical handling.

What characterizes the M5-K series is that the same lifting frame and basic construction can be delivered with different drive types – pneumatic, electric, or battery-powered – depending on needs and working environment. The choice of drive type does not affect the construction, operation, or application, and provides high flexibility both in workshop, during assembly, and on construction sites.

All models in the M5-K series are equipped with five suction plates and manual tilt from 0–90°, which provides a controlled transition between horizontal and vertical position and contributes to precise and safe handling of stone panels.

The lifting capacity in the M5-K series ranges from 450 to 550 kg, depending on the selected model and configuration. The series thus covers a wide range of lifting tasks related to handling kitchen countertop panels and stone panels in various sizes and weights.

The M5-K series is delivered as standard with integrated safety features, including vacuum gauge, check valves, as well as acoustic and visual alarm at low vacuum.
