Vacuum lifters with one suction plate – pneumatic, electric or battery-powered

The M1 series consists of compact vacuum lifters with one suction plate for precise and safe handling of stone slabs and other non-porous materials. The series includes models M1A, M1EB, and M1B, which meet different operational needs but are based on the same basic construction and application area.

All models in the M1 series are designed for both horizontal and vertical lifting, with manual tilt from 0–90°. The lifters are available in several variants with lifting capacities from approximately 100 kg up to 1,000 kg, depending on the selected model and size of the suction plate. This makes the series suitable for both smaller elements and heavier stone slabs.

M1A is pneumatically driven and used where compressed air is available, for example in workshops or fixed production environments. M1EB is electrically driven with a vacuum pump, available in both 230V and 400V versions, and well suited for continuous operation with a stable power connection. M1B is battery-powered with an integrated, rechargeable battery and is supplied complete with a charger, making it especially suitable for assembly and work on construction sites without external power supply.

Common to all models is a complete vacuum system with vacuum reserve, check valves, and clear safety features such as visual and acoustic alerts at low vacuum. The series is typically used for handling kitchen countertops made of natural stone and composite, smaller stone slabs, decorative elements, as well as assembly and internal transport where a compact design and easy operation are important.
