WPG - Linear vacuum lifters for glass

WPG P1-1104DC3 is a linear vacuum lifter developed for safe handling of glass in production and assembly. The model is built with four suction cups mounted on a compact support beam and is designed for flat, smooth, and non-porous materials. The lifter is well suited for window and facade installation as well as internal handling in workshop and factory where stable and controlled lifting is crucial.

In addition to glass, P1-1104DC3 can be used on certain stone materials with a dense and polished surface, such as polished granite, composite stone (quartz), and other compact, non-porous plates, provided that the surface is completely flat and clean. Use on natural stone with open structure, sawn surface, flamed finish, or other rough processing is not recommended without specific assessment of friction and lifting conditions.

The model has manual 180° rotation with mechanical locking for each quarter turn and manual 90° tilt between vertical and horizontal positions. This provides flexible handling both in production and during installation.

P1-1104DC3 is equipped with WPG's Intelli-Grip control system, which continuously monitors vacuum level and power supply. The system has an LCD display with battery indicator, visual lifting indicator, warning sound, and strobe light in case of deviation, as well as built-in diagnostics. The double, independent vacuum circuit provides increased safety and stable operation throughout the lifting process.

The lifting capacity is up to 320 kg under proper conditions, and the lifter is powered by a 12V battery system that allows flexible use without the need for external power supply. The model is developed for professional operators and use in demanding work environments where safety and control are prioritized.
