CNC machining center for demanding stone processing

Biesse Intermac Drill Go B V is a compact CNC drilling machine for vertical processing of glass, developed for precise and efficient production. The machine handles drilling, milling, countersinking, and groove processing in one integrated process, and is especially suitable for glass doors, railings, balustrades, and shower solutions.

The machine processes glass with thicknesses from 3 to 19 mm and handles holes with diameters from 4 to 60 mm. With a working area of up to 3600 × 1600 mm for drilling, Drill Go B V covers most standard formats within door and interior glass.

The vertical design provides a compact footprint and efficient material handling. The glass sheet is automatically positioned via motorized rollers and held securely in place with suction cups near the work area, ensuring vibration-free processing and consistent quality – even in series production.

Intermac Drill Go B V is equipped with two working units with separate tool magazines (8 tools in front and 8 at the back), enabling efficient processing from both sides of the glass. With integrated CAD/CAM control and user-friendly HMI, the operator can program quickly, operate stably, and achieve high production capacity.
