Automatic cutting machine for precise processing of float glass

DSC-A is an automatic horizontal cutting machine for float glass, developed for glass manufacturers with requirements for precision, repeatable quality, and efficient handling of modern glass products. The machine is designed for continuous operation and can be used both as part of fully automatic production lines and as a standalone solution.

The cutting table is based on LiSEC Direct Cutting Technology with portal movement in the X-axis, which provides high accuracy and stable cutting results with tolerances down to ±0.2 mm. The cutting and grinding pressure are automatically regulated, reducing the need for manual adjustments and ensuring consistent quality regardless of glass thickness and coating.

DSC-A can be delivered with Low-E edge removal and is adapted for both thermal and solar control coatings, including coatings with protective film such as EASYPRO and TPF. The robust construction of the bridge and grinding head provides high process security and makes the machine well equipped for future requirements in insulated glass production.

The machine is available in several variants and can be adapted to different production setups. The T-version with tilt function simplifies manual loading and unloading of glass sheets, while automatic transport and positioning solutions contribute to high efficiency and safe operation.
