Glass cutting machine for industrial glass production

Biesse Intermac Cut Go M T is a fully automatic cutting table developed for precise and efficient cutting of single-layer glass and Low-E glass. The machine is designed for stable operation, repeatable quality, and easy integration into modern glass production.

Cut Go M T automatically handles loading, cutting, and unloading of glass sheets and is suitable both as a replacement for older cutting tables and as an entry point to automated glass cutting. The solution is adapted for continuous production with low manual handling requirements.

The machine is available in several sizes and can handle large glass formats up to 6100 × 3355 mm, while also being suitable for smaller items down to 600 × 500 mm, depending on configuration. The working area covers glass thicknesses from 3 to 19 mm, providing high flexibility in production.

The automatic tool changer with six positions selects the correct cutting wheel and cutting parameters based on glass type and thickness. The tangential cutting wheel with integrated dust collection ensures effective removal of Low-E coating during both straight and shaped cuts. The cutting wheel pressure is automatically regulated via digital, proportional valve for smooth and controlled lifting.

With a maximum vector speed of up to 200 m/min, the machine is well suited for high production speeds without compromising precision. Intermac Cut Go M T is ready for in-line integration and can be connected to ERP systems for production data and reporting via the intuitive HMI interface.

The machine is supplied with a fully enclosed safety solution, including metal enclosure, photocells, and safety doors, ensuring both operator safety and operational reliability.
