Electric vacuum lifter for glass with electric tilt and rotation up to 400 kg

VEB4 RCEBE from Righetti is an electric vacuum lifter for handling glass sheets and glass elements in production, workshop, and on construction sites. The model combines electric tilt and electric rotation with high safety and stable operation.

The lifter is equipped with four round suction cups with a diameter of 315 mm, mounted on adjustable arms that provide flexible adaptation to various glass formats. The maximum lifting capacity is up to 400 kg. The suction cups are equipped with safety rings and suitable for non-porous, smooth materials.

VEB4 RCEBE has electric 0–90° tilt and electric 360° continuous rotation. All movements, as well as suction and release of the load, are controlled via cable-based push-button control. Wireless radio control can be supplied as an option.

The model is equipped with an integrated energy-saving system that automatically controls the vacuum lifter's start and stop. The system reduces energy consumption by up to 95% compared to continuous operation. The energy saver also manages the acoustic and visual alarm system and is powered by a replaceable 9 V backup battery.

The lifter is electrically driven and supplied for 220V single-phase or 400V three-phase, 50 Hz. It can be used both in production environments and on construction sites thanks to the double vacuum circuit.
