Battery-powered vacuum lifter for heavy glass sheets up to 1200 kg

VB4+4 RCMBM d4 XL from Righetti is a battery-powered vacuum lifter for handling large and heavy glass sheets on construction sites. The model is developed for demanding lifting operations where high lifting capacity, stability, and flexibility are crucial.

The lifter is equipped with eight round suction cups with a diameter of 390 mm, where four are mounted centrally on the frame and four are placed on removable arms. Depending on the selected setup, the lifter can be configured with 2, 4, 6, or 8 suction cups, which provides a lifting capacity from 300 kg up to 1200 kg.

VB4+4 RCMBM d4 XL is designed for both horizontal and vertical handling and has manual 0–90° tilt as well as manual 360° continuous rotation, with the possibility of automatic locking every 90°. This provides good control and precise positioning of the glass during assembly.

The lifter is powered by built-in, high-capacity batteries that can be easily removed and charged (external charger included). It is equipped with two independent vacuum circuits, each with a vacuum tank and non-return valve, and meets the requirements for use on construction sites.
