Battery-powered vacuum lifter for curved glass – concave and convex

VB-CG from Righetti is a battery-powered vacuum lifter specifically developed for handling curved glass panels. The lifter is designed for both concave and convex glass and is typically used during installation of facade glass, special glass, and architectural glass solutions.

The lifter can be delivered in several configurations with 12, 16, or 20 round suction cups with a diameter of 200 mm. The suction cups are mounted on repositionable arms and are equipped with special joints that make it possible to adapt to the curvature of the glass. Depending on the configuration, the lifter has a lifting capacity from 400 kg up to 600 kg.

VB-CG is developed for use on construction sites and is powered by built-in, rechargeable batteries. The lifter has manual 360° continuous rotation with the possibility of automatic locking every 90°, as well as manual 0–90° tilt with locking in horizontal and vertical positions.
