Pneumatic vacuum lifter for indoor glass handling up to 200 kg

VA2 RCMBP from Righetti is a pneumatic vacuum lifter for indoor use, developed for handling glass sheets and windows in production, workshop, and assembly. The lifter is air-powered and well suited where there is fixed access to compressed air.

The lifter is equipped with two round suction cups with a diameter of 310 mm, mounted on a central beam where the suction cups can be repositioned as needed. The standard beam length is 1500 mm, but other lengths can be delivered upon request.

VA2 RCMBP has pneumatic 0–90° tilt, controlled via joystick located on the lifter's handle. Additionally, it has manual 360° rotation with automatic locking every 90°, providing safe and controlled positioning of the glass.

Included as standard:

The lifter is operated via manual on/off valve on the frame and requires external connection to compressed air. The maximum lifting capacity is 200 kg.
